Mt. Hood Organic Farms is probably my favorite wedding venue East of Portland. Connie and Adam got married at the farm in late June and we could not have asked for a better day. The view of Mt. Hood was present all day long, apart from the occasional passing cloud. Mt. Hood Organic Farms really does have the best view of the mountain in the valley.

The couple comes from New York and they had guests come from all over the country. Their guest list must have been around 200, but with so much space for everyone to roam, it didn’t feel the least bit crowded.

Planning a Wedding at Mt. Hood Organic Farms

It’s no surprise that this venue tends to book up fast. The wedding coordinators at Mt. Hood Organic Farms are very welcoming and super efficient. They host weddings here on both Saturdays and Sundays, so chances for booking a slot are good if you plan a year or so in advance.

What are the Mt. hood Organic Farms Wedding Costs?

This is not the cheapest venue in town, however, they do include day of coordination and on-site catering. The food is farm-to-table and I can personally attest that the food is incredible. They offer tours by appointment where you can ask about various costs and you can also get more info by writing to them via their website.

How to Get to there

The venue is about 90 minutes from Portland, so I typically recommend that guests stay in the nearby town of Hood River, which is only 20 minutes from Mt. Hood Organic Farms. From Portland, Drive east on I-84 and turn off at Hood River. From there you will take Hwy 35 south toward the venue.
