Oswald West State Park or Short Sands or Cape Falcon or Smugglers Cove… All of these names are used when referring to a magical stretch of beach along the Northern Oregon Coast. Hidden beneath the tall Douglas Firs is a trail that wanders down to the Ocean. On a sunny day, the light here will stop you right in your tracks. It’s places like this that remind me why I live in Oregon. The combination of forest and sea is always stunning.
So take all of that, throw in a campfire, a few beers, some friends.. you know it’s gonna be a good time. Shout out to Chelsie and Todd for being cute and building a roaring fire for everyone.
